There are 3 methods of sending registers to us for the issuing of Certificates. You are free to  choose  the one that works bets for you, but by preference and ease of use for inclusion in our  Database,  downloading the appropriate Register from the list below and completing the form  is the best one  for us. It also serves as your register. CERTIFICATES WILL NOT BE ISSUED  WITHOUT A REGISTER  FROM January 2019 onwards.

 1 Use of Excel forms as below - we have used 2003 compatible format

 2 On line registration of Guests - see below

 3 Requesting the office to send you a BLANK register, which can then be send to us via     Whatsapp, email or fax - this is the least preferred method.
